Learning the letters one at a time is the calligraphy alphabet. A name in joined school handwriting rather than calligraphy is the cursive name worksheet.

Tracing a name in blackletter

A name sheet printed on heavier card makes a nameplate or place card in its own right: trace the model row in ink, then trim the rest of the sheet away. For a whole table or a whole class, paste the list into the class set and every name comes out on its own page.
