UltraTextGen ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://ultratextgen.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site, how it is used, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including for advertising and analytics.

UltraTextGen is a free, browser-based Unicode text generator. The text you type into the tool is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers. We do not require accounts, we do not ask for your name, email, address, or phone number to use the tool, and we do not sell your personal information.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect a limited amount of information to operate, secure, improve, and monetize the Site through advertising. The categories of information involved are:

1. Information you provide directly.
The Site does not require registration. The only information you actively provide is the text you type into the generator (which stays in your browser) and any message you choose to send us by email.

2. Information collected automatically.
When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising providers (described below) automatically receive standard log and device information, which may include:

• IP address (often truncated/anonymized by the provider)
• approximate, non-precise location derived from the IP address (such as country or city)

3. Information stored locally on your device.
We use your browser's localStorage to remember UI preferences (for example, dark mode), recently used styles, and recent generator output so the Site is more convenient to use. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

We do not collect or store the text you generate on our servers.

• Hosting / CDN provider — the Site is served by a third-party static hosting/CDN provider that processes standard server logs (such as IP address and user-agent) to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and ensure security.

We do not control how these providers use the data they collect, beyond the contractual terms and configuration options they make available to us.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics. Advertising cookies expire according to the lifetimes set by Google and its advertising partners. Local data stored in your browser remains until you clear it from your browser.

Our service providers, including Google, may process your information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the relevant providers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
