An aesthetic kaomoji is a small face with decoration around it, and the decoration is the point. ꒰ and ꒱ are rounded brackets from the Yi script, ʚ and ɞ are Latin letters that curve outward like wings, and ₊˚⊹ or ⋆。˚ scatter tiny stars and dots around a face. Coquette lines add a ribbon bow, written ୨ৎ or 🎀, and cutecore leans on blush marks ⸝⸝ and soft eyes like ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ. Because these lines are built to sit in a profile, most are spaced so they can stand alone as a whole bio line. The plain faces without frames are on the cute kaomoji page, and the loose characters for building your own are on the aesthetic symbols page. Some frames borrow from Bengali, Yi, Lao and Tai Le scripts, so an older phone may show a box in place of one character.
The face sits inside ꒰ ꒱ or ʚ ɞ, which round it off like a cushion or a pair of wings.
₊˚⊹ and ⋆。˚ are tiny stars, rings and dots that float around the face without crowding it.
Cutecore is pastel, slightly shy and very soft: blush marks ⸝⸝, tiny mouths and animal ears.
Coquette lines tie on a bow: ୨ৎ pairs an Odia digit with a Bengali letter so they meet like ribbon loops, and ᥫ᭡ is a bow over a heart.
Whole lines to paste as a bio header, a divider between bio lines or a caption sign-off.
The decoration around the face. A plain kawaii face like (◕‿◕) becomes aesthetic once it is framed with ꒰ ꒱ or ʚ ɞ, dusted with ₊˚⊹ or ⋆。˚, or tied with a bow ୨ৎ, and spaced so it can stand alone as a line in a bio.
Usually ୨ৎ, the Odia digit two ୨ next to the Bengali letter ৎ, which together look like the two loops of a ribbon. Other common bows are ୨୧, ᥫ᭡ and the 🎀 emoji.
The line borrows characters from scripts such as Yi, Odia, Bengali, Lao or Tai Le, and the reader's device lacks a font for one of them. Lines made only of ₊˚⊹ ⋆。˚ ♡ and Latin letters, such as ⋆。˚ (。•ᴗ•。) ˚。⋆, display on almost every device.
