# UltraTextGen Report Card A living record of meaningful improvements made to UltraTextGen. We regularly test, improve and expand the site based on user needs, quality checks and real world usage. Each entry says what became better, who it helps, why it matters and how big the change was. When an improvement fixed something that was broken, we say so. Newest entries come first. Numbers are only given where we could count them. --- ## October 2026 ### 24 October 2026 The character counter's "Remove emoji" and "remove hidden characters" buttons now handle whole emoji correctly. Before, "remove hidden characters" broke most emoji that are built from several parts. Of the 1,614 joined emoji in Unicode's official list, 1,391 were split apart, including the rainbow flag, the heart on fire and emoji with a skin tone. None are split now. "Remove emoji" used to leave pieces behind: country flags kept their two letter marks, number keycaps kept the digit, and people with a skin tone left an invisible joiner. Across the 5,244 emoji in the official list it left something behind on 2,531. It now removes all of them. People checking a post against a character limit, or cleaning text before pasting it, get a count that matches what they see. ### 24 October 2026 Five symbol collections are now complete, and a skin tone picker was added to three emoji pages. Anyone copying symbols for frames, braille, dice games or numbers used to find only part of the set. The braille page now shows all 256 cells, up from 32, and the box drawing page all 160 characters, up from 69, so heavy and double frames can be closed at every corner. The dominoes page shows all 150 tiles, up from 22. The playing cards page has the full 52 card deck and reaches 82 of 82 symbols, up from 11. The number page adds the larger Roman numerals, so 50, 100, 500 and 1000 can be written, and all 13 keycap emoji, up from 6. The Android note on the playing cards page says plainly that most Android phones show an empty box for the 23 tarot cards, while the copied character is still correct. Twenty arrow pages gained 40 more arrows that Android phones can display, such as long arrows, circular arrows and bent arrows. The hand symbols, thumbs up and body language emoji pages now let people choose a skin tone once and copy every matching emoji in that tone. Translated pages use their own language for names and labels. ### 24 October 2026 The ASCII table now lists all the letters it promises, and 40 symbol pages had wrong or misleading details corrected. The ASCII table page said it covered printable characters 33 to 126, but it listed only 14 of the 52 letters. The 38 missing rows were added in English, Spanish, French, Korean, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. Other repairs help people who copy symbols to be sure they have the right one. Several characters in the Portuguese goth, Y2K, Islamic, music and Twitter symbol pages had the wrong name. The football card page no longer calls an orange card a second yellow. The World Cup emoji pages now speak about the tournament in the past tense, as it ended on 19 July. Spanish pages no longer claim to list every emoji or to look identical on Android and iPhone. A few translated pages had a frequently asked question that did not match the visible answer, and those now agree. ### 24 October 2026 The Ultra Cherokee text style no longer produces an empty box for the letter K. Before, typing a K or k in the Ultra Cherokee style copied a character that does not exist in Unicode, so it showed as a box on every device. The letter now stays as a plain K, as Q and X already do in that style. The stylish name page also had a sample with the wrong double-struck N, and it now matches what the generator produces. All 114 text styles were checked across the full alphabet, and Ultra Cherokee was the only one that changed. ### 20 October 2026 About 700 symbol pages now include a table showing how to type the symbol, and 263 pages show their questions above the footer. People who land on a symbol page in one of 21 languages can now see its Unicode code point and the typing shortcuts in a table, so they can type the symbol by hand when copying does not work. Every row is worked out from the symbol's own code. Six Spanish, Korean and Russian symbol pages also gained verified typing instructions. A wrong claim about superscript characters was corrected on 11 pages. ### 18 October 2026 The French Fortnite name page now checks whether Fortnite will accept a name. French players who type a name on the Fortnite username page now see "Passe dans Fortnite" for an accepted name. A name that is too short or too long, or that uses symbols Fortnite may reject, gets a warning with the reason, in French. The page already offered the same check in English and on the French Free Fire and Stumble Guys pages. A duplicate copy of the check that briefly loaded twice was removed the same day, so each name is checked once. ### 16 October 2026 The bulletin board letters maker is a new printable tool that turns a letter, number or word into letters of a chosen height, split across several sheets. Teachers, parents and anyone decorating a classroom or party can type a word, choose how tall the finished letters should be in inches or centimetres, and download a PDF. Each letter is divided across US Letter or A4 pages with cut lines, line-up lines and a sheet map, so the pieces join into one large letter. A one inch check bar on the printout shows whether the sheet printed at true size. Block, bubble and stencil styles are available, as outline or filled, and the assembled letters can also be saved as a picture. ### 16 October 2026 The name tracing, name puzzle, monogram and name label tools now carry one typed name from sheet to sheet, in ten languages. Teachers and parents who typed a child's name on one printable can follow a link to another name sheet with the name already filled in. Before, this link existed only in English and did not reach the monogram or name label tools. It now appears in English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish, and each language links only to its own name sheets. The monogram tool places the first name on the left, the last name in the centre and any middle name on the right. The link does not send the typed name to the site's analytics. ### 16 October 2026 The tracing worksheets and word puzzle makers now handle accents, the German ß and non-Latin scripts correctly. Before, a word such as "Straße" printed on the dotted tracing rows with five clean dotted letters and a dense double ring of dots around the ß. Every German name or word with ß now traces like its neighbouring letters. The "First Letter Capital" choice on the eight letter tracing pages used to print "Emma" as E M M A, the same as capitals. It now prints E m m a, keeps the Dutch IJ together and no longer turns "jürgen" into "JüRgen". The word search, crossword and word scramble makers used to drop vowel marks, so Hindi "किताब" printed as three bare consonants and Thai and Arabic words lost their marks. Each square now holds a whole letter with its marks. Pasted lists such as "1. Apple - a red fruit" now give APPLE, and on the crossword the definition becomes the clue. ### 16 October 2026 The copy buttons and the page header now keep working in browsers that block site data or limit copying. Before, a browser that blocked site data stopped the header from loading on every page, so the dark mode switch, the compact phone header and the site search were all missing. The generator copy buttons also failed in some in-app browsers that refuse the standard copy method, which is the main job of the site. They now fall back to a second copy method, and the library collection Copy button says "Copied" only when text was really copied, and reports a failure when it was not. This helps anyone opening UltraTextGen from inside another app or with strict privacy settings. ### 16 October 2026 The superscript and subscript generators now raise and lower the plus, minus, equals and bracket signs along with the digits. Before, a chemical formula such as Ca2+ came out with a raised 2 and a full size plus sign beside it. Students and teachers writing formulas, ions or powers now get a plus sign that matches. Of the 114 styles checked, only these two changed. ### 16 October 2026 The character counter now keeps the invisible marks that are part of the writing in Persian, Arabic, Hebrew and Indic text. The "remove hidden characters" button used to delete every zero-width non-joiner, which breaks Persian words such as "می‌خواهم" and Indic half-forms, and it removed the left-to-right and right-to-left marks that keep numbers and punctuation in order in Arabic and Hebrew. These marks are now kept where the language needs them. In Latin text they are still removed, so hidden characters pasted into English text are still found and cleaned. A note on the page also says how the Words count treats an emoji. ### 16 October 2026 The style cards on the generator pages no longer say "Safe anywhere" about text they did not change, and the device warning now appears when a symbol is missing. Before, typing Bengali or Tamil text into a Latin style returned the text as typed, yet every such card still said "Safe anywhere". On the homepage with the Bengali text "বাংলা লেখা", 9 of 11 cards were unchanged and all 9 carried the label. Now those 9 show no label, and the 2 cards that styled the text keep theirs. Separately, the "May not show on your device" notice could never appear, because the check treated a missing symbol as a working one. In testing, the Tibetan and Yi cards now show the notice on a browser without those fonts, and no card shows it on a browser with full fonts. Some devices draw a different empty box for each character, and the check cannot catch those. ### 13 October 2026 Six Russian pages now offer Telegram and VK share buttons. Russian speakers sharing styled text or symbols can send it straight to Telegram or VK from the page, instead of copying it and opening the app by hand. ### 12 October 2026 The Discord pages and bio font pages now give Discord's current About Me limit of 300 characters, up from 190. Discord raised the limit on 25 September 2026, and UltraTextGen still showed the old figure for about two weeks. The live character counter, the Discord page, the Discord bio font page, the allowed characters answer and the translated pages now use 300, so a bio is no longer cut short or flagged as too long when it fits. The page about Discord display name styles also names the four new name fonts and two new name effects from the same update. ### 12 October 2026 The French Seyès ruled writing sheets now print at the standard ruling size. French teachers and parents printing a Seyès practice sheet used to get lines about twice the proper spacing: 16.2 mm between the heavy lines on A4, instead of the standard 8 mm, and 4.06 mm between the lighter lines, instead of 2 mm. The ruling now prints at 8 mm and 2 mm in the PDF, the picture download, the browser print and the preview, on A4 and Letter in portrait and landscape. ### 12 October 2026 The class set worksheets now have a Clear names button, and the English text generators warn when text is in a script they style only in part. Teachers who typed a class list used to have no way to remove it, because the list is remembered on the device. The English class set sheets now have a Clear names button, which helps on a shared or school computer. Text typed in Cyrillic, Arabic, Thai, Hebrew, Devanagari or Chinese, Japanese and Korean comes back in its own shape from about half of the styles and with extra spacing or marks from the rest. The English generator now says so once, and says what still works. ### 10 October 2026 The AI writing footprint checker is a new tool that shows writers which phrases in their English text tend to read as AI-sounding, and lets them decide what to change. Students, writers and anyone editing a draft can paste text and see the matching wording highlighted in place, each with a short explanation and a cautious suggested edit. The check runs in the browser, so the text is not sent anywhere. The tool gives no score and does not claim to say who wrote a piece. It points at patterns, and the writer chooses what to keep. ### 9 October 2026 The kaomoji pages now cover far more feelings, actions, animals and themes, and are easier to find and use, including in 16 languages. Kaomoji are text faces such as (✧ω✧). People looking for a nervous, dizzy, smug, dancing, fox or Halloween kaomoji now have a page for each of 31 new topics, and the library has a Kaomoji filter so these faces are no longer buried under single symbols. The kaomoji hub has a browse-by-mood index. The kaomoji generator offers 16 ready-made faces in two tidy rows (four columns on a phone) and can open on a chosen mood from a link, so a page about sad kaomoji sends you to the generator already set to sad. Kaomoji sections were added to 12 existing emoji pages, and 49 translated pages in 16 languages carry the same faces with labels in their own language. ### 9 October 2026 The image to ASCII art converter is a new tool that turns a photo or picture into ASCII art in the browser. Creators and Discord or Reddit users can drop in, paste or pick an image, choose a character set (standard, detailed, blocks or braille dots), and adjust width, brightness and contrast. They can copy the result ready for Discord or Reddit or download it as a text file. A live counter shows how close the art is to Discord's 2,000-character message limit, and one button shrinks it to fit a single message. ### 9 October 2026 The letters to numbers converter is a new tool for turning text into A1Z26 numbers and back again. Puzzle makers, students and anyone solving a letter-number cipher can convert in either direction, start counting at 0 or 1, pick the separator and keep or drop punctuation. The page includes an A to Z chart and answers to common questions. ### 9 October 2026 Printing from the browser on the printable pages is now clearer and more reliable, and several sheets print as they should. On the monogram, cross-stitch and label pages, pressing Ctrl+P used to print the whole website. It now prints only the page content with a line that points to the Download PDF button. That note links back to the button and shows the page address, so a printed sheet can still be found again. The A to Z practice sheet on the cursive, calligraphy and gothic pages now prints on one page in eight languages. Before, it ran to two pages, or three on the Polish and French A4 sheets, with the QR code alone on the last one. The Spray style on the 11 graffiti pages no longer collapses into a few lines in the preview. The letter picker on the printable pages now holds its space while it loads, so the page stops shifting as it appears. ### 9 October 2026 The "Show stroke direction" switch on the letter tracing worksheets now does what it says, and the guide is easier to read. Teachers and parents who turned it on for a single letter or an A to Z sheet used to get the same printout with or without it on the eight letter-tracing pages. It now adds the numbered start dots and arrows to those sheets. The guide was redrawn as a thin line with small numbered dots instead of a thick band with large badges, so the letter underneath stays clear. Routes on 31 letters and numbers that sat off the letter's centre were redrawn. ### 8 October 2026 The case converter and several text tools now handle text the way people expect. Text typed with Caps Lock on, such as "HELLO WORLD", used to come back unchanged from Title Case, Sentence case and Capitalized case. It now converts. The upside down and reverse text styles used to flip the order of emoji parts, so the French flag 🇫🇷 became 🇷🇫 and family emoji came out scrambled, on 11 styles across 27 pages. They now reverse whole characters. The trim-to-fit tool no longer cuts an emoji in half, the SMS-safe option now removes accents on the pages in nine languages where it did nothing, and the word counter no longer counts a sentence in Thai, Japanese or Chinese as one word. ### 8 October 2026 The letter tracing worksheet maker now also makes number tracing sheets. Parents and teachers who typed 1 2 3 used to get demo letters back. The page now traces the numbers, with start dots and arrows, and keeps a number such as 10 together. A new answer on the page covers printing number tracing worksheets, and the seven translated letter tracing pages carry the same note. ### 8 October 2026 The handwriting worksheet generator now offers the days of the week and the months of the year as one-click word sets. Teachers and parents can fill a whole practice sheet in one click, with a tracing row for every word and a blank line for each day. The sets are written in the page's own language across the English page and six translated pages. PDF, PNG and every level print the full set. ### 7 October 2026 The name label sheet maker is a new printable tool, in English and Indonesian, for labeling school and daycare items. Teachers, parents and daycare staff can type a name or paste a class list, subjects or a run of dates, and download a PDF laid out for common label sheets (Avery 5160, 5167 and 5163, and L7160, L7651 and L7163) or plain paper with cut lines. A daycare can print one label for each day. The PDF opens at actual size so the labels line up with the sheet, and a test page helps check the alignment before printing a full set. ### 7 October 2026 The Ukrainian site is now live with a font generator, invisible text and a nickname generator. Ukrainian speakers can style their text, copy invisible text and get nickname ideas in Ukrainian. The nickname generator checks names for Standoff 2, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Roblox and Discord. The pages say plainly that most font styles change only Latin letters and digits, and that the strikethrough, underline and overline styles work on every Ukrainian letter. ### 7 October 2026 Korean speakers learning Japanese can now use hiragana and katakana charts written for them. Both charts give a Hangul reading for each kana and mark the sounds Korean has no letter for as approximate. There is a write-in practice sheet. The chart starts on the first phone screen, and the English chart now prints on two A4 pages instead of five. ### 7 October 2026 Symbols that exist as both a plain text character and a colour emoji now copy the look shown on the tile. About 120 characters, including ♥, ☀, ↗ and ☠, used to copy as the bare character, so the paste could come out in the other look. The copy now carries the look you chose, and a message offers the other version in one tap, in all 30 languages. A device that cannot tell the two looks apart copies exactly as before. ### 7 October 2026 The monogram maker and cross-stitch chart maker now handle more of what people type. Three wide initials such as WWW used to run past the edge and get clipped in the preview, PNG and PDF. They now shrink to fit. In the cross-stitch maker, an accented letter such as the E in CAFÉ used to become a blank gap and be left out of the stitch count. It is now stitched as its base letter, Ñ keeps its tilde, and a note under the chart lists any substitution. On 9 October the monogram export also stopped adding a QR code and site link to a personal design. ### 6 October 2026 The Zalgo glitch text pages no longer jump while they load. The output and controls used to appear after the page showed, pushing everything below them down by up to 3,000 pixels. On phones, the page-jump score was as high as 0.79 and is now at most 0.055 across six languages and 11 screen widths. This helps people on slow connections tap the right button. ### 6 October 2026 Printable worksheets now keep accents in downloaded file names and no longer cut off French and Indonesian cursive letters. A file made for José is now named jose, and Begoña becomes begona, instead of losing the letter ("bego-a"). The single-letter cursive sheets on the French and Indonesian pages showed capital tops and joined lowercase letters clipped in the preview and in the PDF. They now print whole. ### 5 October 2026 Printable worksheets are now available in more languages and styles, including Dutch letter tracing and Turkish bubble letters. The dot-to-dot name worksheet now has pages in nine languages (German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish). Graffiti letters, name puzzles and name tracing were added in Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish. Dutch teachers get a letter tracing page, and Turkish families get bubble letters with the full 29-letter Turkish alphabet. On the Turkish graffiti sheet, the Ğ and İ now print with their marks intact. ### 4 October 2026 Symbol library pages now copy, save and display symbols the way people expect, after a round of repairs to problems that had been failing without any warning. When you copy a symbol, the confirmation now shows the symbol you copied, in your own language. Before, some pages showed a label such as "Disalin: Salin ♡", and 11 translated homepages confirmed in English. A tap on the corner of a symbol tile now copies it instead of saving it by accident. In dark mode, plain black symbols were nearly invisible on the dark cards and are now readable. The style tabs on font family pages work again: before, most of them emptied the results. Four Spanish pages that showed no results at all now work, and 44 Thai symbol and Traditional Chinese pages that loaded at desktop width on phones now fit the screen. ### 4 October 2026 The printable worksheets and text tools now keep every letter you type, and say so when something does not fit, instead of quietly dropping it. Parents and teachers printing names such as Jürgen, Begoña or Łucja get a normal tracing sheet. Before, one accented letter turned the whole word into dots. Cursive practice sheets now print in the cursive lettering you see on screen, on one page instead of two. The word search maker now lists any words that did not fit: before, pasting 49 names printed "Find all 40 words" and nobody was told that 9 were missing. The handwriting generator now takes up to 50 characters, with a visible counter, so a full pangram no longer ends in "lazy do". The ASCII banner maker keeps accented names readable: "café" used to come out as "CAF". ### 3 October 2026 Korean speakers can now use nine more UltraTextGen tools and guides in Korean: the strikethrough, underline, case converter, superscript and subscript generators, glitch text, tattoo lettering, group chat name ideas, and a guide to adding line breaks in an Instagram bio. People writing in Korean can style text, name a group chat or tidy their profile without switching to an English page. The Korean site's footer links for strikethrough text and tattoo fonts now open these Korean pages instead of the English ones. ### 3 October 2026 Symbol and printable pages now copy the right characters and give correct facts, after a review of pages that had drifted out of date. The Ohm sign tile now copies the real Ohm sign, not the Greek capital Omega, a different character that only looks the same. Cursive word cards in Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian and Turkish now keep their accents when copied, so "cumpleaños" no longer pastes as "cumpleanos". Keyboard instructions on translated pages now name the keys on that country's keyboard instead of a translated US layout, and dates and character names that had gone stale were corrected. ### 3 October 2026 The emoji meanings guide is now available in French and Italian, so people in those languages can check what an emoji means before sending it and copy it from the same page. ### 2 October 2026 The search box at the top of UltraTextGen now suggests pages as you type, on every page that shows it. A visitor on a symbol, guide or printable page can type "heart" or "cursive" and jump straight to the right page, with the keyboard or a tap. Before, the box was on every page but did nothing on library, symbol, guide, answers and printables pages, and even on the homepage pressing Enter did nothing. Translated pages show results in their own language first. ### 2 October 2026 Symbol collection pages now let you pick exactly the symbols you want and share them as one image. Tap any symbols, from any section of the page, and UltraTextGen builds an image of just those, up to 50, ready to share to a chat or save. Before, the image button drew every symbol in a section, so someone who wanted one heart got forty. Named sets, such as the flags of one region, can be added in one tap. Some sets, such as kaomoji and text art, cannot be turned into an image yet, and the page says so. On phones, the selection buttons now sit clear of the ad at the bottom of the screen, so a tap is less likely to land on it. ### 2 October 2026 The new spelling worksheet generator turns a weekly spelling list into ready to print practice in one go. A teacher or parent types up to 20 words and gets five kinds of practice sheet in one PDF: trace and write from memory; look, say, cover, write, check; missing letters; ABC order; and word shapes, with an optional answer page. In class list mode, every child's sheets carry their name and put the words in a different order. ### 1 October 2026 The Zalgo glitch text generator is faster to use and gives creators and gamers more control over how their glitch text looks. The styled text now appears right under the box you type in, so copying takes two steps instead of four. You can set how much glitch goes above, through and below the letters, see whether the result fits on Discord, X or Instagram, and share a link that recreates the exact same text. Stacks can now be much taller: up to 300 marks a letter in Extreme, up from 100, and up to 1,000 in Thai Cascade, up from 150. A new animated GIF option, clearly labelled, lets you download or share the effect as an animated image. Emoji and flags in your text now stay intact. --- ## September 2026 ### 27 September 2026 Link previews for translated UltraTextGen pages now appear in the same language as the page being shared. When someone shares a French symbol page in a group chat or posts a Thai page on social media, the preview image now shows the page's own section name and sample words, instead of English labels such as "SYMBOLS", "Bold", "small" or "TEXT". People receiving the link can see what the page offers, and in which language, before they open it. The update covers 3,620 preview images. It also gave 31 translated pages that had been showing an English preview image a preview of their own. ### 27 September 2026 Symbol collection pages now show kaomoji faces, emoji combinations, gaming names and other items made of several characters in cards sized to fit them. On a phone, a kaomoji face or a decorated gamer name can now be read in one piece before you copy it, and collection pages no longer slide sideways as you scroll. Before, these items were squeezed into square tiles built for a single symbol. Of the 8,695 multi-character items on the site, 4,768 overflowed their tile or broke in the middle, and the copy format buttons above collections made most pages scroll sideways on phones. ### 26 September 2026 The letter printing controls on printable alphabet pages now print exactly the letters and size you choose. A teacher can pick all letters, just the vowels, or a range such as A to E, choose a size shown as a small picture, and see how many pages the job will use before pressing one print button. Before, the controls often ignored the selection: asking for vowels at four per page printed all 36 letters and numbers, so a quick vowel sheet turned into a nine page print run. Tiled sheets also no longer cut the accents off Turkish letters such as Ğ and İ. ### 26 September 2026 Printable worksheets are now available in Turkish and Dutch, with every button and setting translated, so parents and teachers in those languages can prepare letter and name practice without working through an English interface. The name puzzle maker also arrived in Spanish, French and German, and more sheets were added in Italian and Indonesian. Over September, 35 new translated printable pages were added across nine languages. ### 26 September 2026 The name checker and gaming name guides now follow each game's and app's own published rules, re-checked against their help pages, so gamers get a more reliable answer before they spend a rename. - Xbox players can now check gamertags written in any of the 13 alphabets Microsoft allows. Before, every non-Latin gamertag was wrongly rejected. - Mobile Legends names are checked against the correct 20 character limit instead of 16, so valid longer names are no longer turned away. - Rename prices, cooldowns and limits for Clash of Clans, Valorant, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Instagram and Steam were corrected. Pages about the new Unicode 18.0 symbols and emoji, such as the UAE dirham sign, were also updated in every language to say the characters are final, now that the standard was published on 16 September. ### 23 September 2026 Printable worksheets now print at their true size and fit the paper, so what a parent or teacher sees on screen is what comes out of the printer. - In the seven level handwriting set, five of the seven sheets had been quietly shrunk to about 86% of their size, making the letters smaller than intended for young writers. All seven now print full size. - On 20 name worksheet pages, the QR code and web address at the bottom were cut off the PDF. They now fit, so the printed sheet still leads back to the tool. - The print dialog no longer adds an extra page holding only a footer, which used up a sheet of paper for nothing. - Dotted tracing rows no longer print doubled dots, and the number 1 on dot-to-dot sheets sits on its dot again. ### 23 September 2026 Children practising their own name now have dedicated name pages for bubble letters, graffiti, cursive and calligraphy. Each page's controls are built around typing a name rather than choosing from the whole alphabet, so a parent can go straight from a child's name to a printable sheet. The sight word tracing worksheet also lets teachers pick words from the full Dolch and Fry lists instead of typing each one, which makes preparing a word list for a reading stage quicker and avoids typing mistakes. ### 23 September 2026 The letter tracing worksheet, with sheets for every letter and number, is now available in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Portuguese, following the English page released on 13 September. Parents and teachers in those languages can print single letter practice from a page written in their own language. ### 22 September 2026 Teachers can now turn a spelling or vocabulary list into a printable word search, crossword or word scramble by pasting the list once, instead of building each puzzle by hand. With the class list turned on, every child receives a different puzzle built from the same words, so neighbours cannot copy each other's answers. Each maker also has difficulty levels, so one word list can be pitched at different ages. ### 20 September 2026 Cursive and calligraphy letter worksheets can now actually be traced, on the kind of lines children use at school. Each letter is now drawn in a real joined handwriting style as an outline to write inside. Before, 69 cursive and calligraphy pages drew their letters as solid ink in whatever font the device happened to have, which could be read but not traced. French sheets now use the Seyès school ruling and German sheets use German school lines, instead of a US style three line rule for everyone, so practice at home matches the lines children see in class. ### 20 September 2026 Tracing worksheets were rebuilt so they teach letter formation the way children are taught to write. For parents and teachers, a tracing sheet now reinforces the right pencil movement instead of an inaccurate one. - Tracing dots run down the middle of each stroke, the way a pencil moves, instead of around the outside of the letter - Guide lines match where letters really reach, so small letters no longer overshoot the middle line - Stroke order numbers can be read on every letter; on A, B, D, P and R the second number used to cover the first - Words and names start at the left of the line, as children are taught to write The rebuild followed a detailed check of the sheets that found 17 problems. ### 19 September 2026 The handwriting and display fonts on UltraTextGen's worksheets and style pages now load for everyone, so a parent printing a cursive alphabet gets cursive letters rather than an ordinary system font. Before, 17 of the 24 font families the site asks for were never delivered because of a hosting setting, so pages such as the cursive alphabet showed plain system letters. The fonts are now served by the site itself, and Vietnamese names such as "Nguyễn" stay in one consistent typeface. ### 19 September 2026 Teachers preparing printable worksheets for a whole class can now set things up once instead of repeating the same steps for every tool and every child. - The class list is typed once and reused on every worksheet tool. Before, each tool kept its own list, so a class of thirty had to be retyped when moving between worksheets. - Each child can get their own difficulty level in a single print run by adding a level after their name. A mixed ability class no longer needs one print run per level. - Four sheets can be printed on one page, so a class set for 30 children uses about 8 sheets of paper instead of 30. - A high contrast version keeps guide lines visible after photocopying, where grey lines used to fade. - A left handed layout shows the model letters at both ends of each line, so a left-handed child's writing hand no longer covers the example they are copying. - Worksheets gained a Name and Date line, so completed sheets come back labelled. ### 16 September 2026 Every printable worksheet now has print settings for paper size, orientation, margins and an ink saver, and can be saved straight to a PDF made in the browser. Parents and teachers get a sheet laid out for the paper they actually use, a PDF they can keep and reprint, and a lighter ink option for large print runs. Printed and downloaded sheets also carry a small QR code: scanning the paper reopens the tool that made it, so nobody has to retype a web address from a printed page. Ads no longer appear on printed sheets. The settings cover 297 printable pages. ### 14 September 2026 Letter coloring page downloads now give children a clean outline to color in, instead of an almost solid black letter. A single letter printed in landscape now fits on one sheet instead of spreading over three, which saves paper. ### 13 September 2026 On phones and tablets, UltraTextGen's top menu bar now fits the screen, so pages scroll normally instead of sliding sideways. Before, the header was wider than the screen at every width below desktop size, by up to 404 pixels on tablets, so pages could be dragged sideways while reading or copying. The fix applies to all of the site's roughly 4,700 pages. ### 13 September 2026 The letter tracing worksheet now has its own page, with sheets for every letter A to Z and number 0 to 9, a whole alphabet sheet, print sizes, seven difficulty levels and stroke direction arrows. Before, letter tracing was hidden inside the name tracing page, so parents looking for single letter practice could easily miss it. ### 10 September 2026 On 384 more translated pages, UltraTextGen's generator buttons and controls (copy, save, share, safe mode and the style tabs) now appear in the page's own language instead of English, so people using the site in their language no longer have to guess what an English button does. The Malay pages, including the Malay homepage, got a translated generator for the first time. ### 10 September 2026 Two broken features were repaired. - The invisible and blank character buttons, which gamers use to make empty or spaced names, copied nothing when clicked. All 311 of them, on 41 pages in 18 languages, now copy the character and confirm it. - The "page not found" screen had lost its style samples and copy buttons in every language. They work again, so a mistyped link still leads somewhere useful. ### 6 September 2026 Every symbol and library page now lets you save favourite symbols with a star and share a symbol collection as a link or an image. People gathering symbols for a bio, username or post can keep the ones they like and come back to them, or send a whole collection to a friend. Before, saving and sharing only worked on the text generators, and the 3,605 symbol and library pages offered copying and nothing else. ### 5 September 2026 The Zalgo glitch text generator now offers two stronger effects for creators and gamers who want more dramatic text, without assembling Unicode marks by hand. A Thai Cascade mode makes the tall "Thai spike" effect by stacking a mark anywhere from 10 to 150 times, and an Extreme mode allows up to 100 marks per letter, where the classic mode stops at 20. Both are set with the generator's controls, and the decoder can clean either effect back into normal text. The new modes work on the English page and 11 translated versions. ### 1 September 2026 Visitors using translated symbol pages now get the same ready-made combination sets as English visitors, such as full chess sets and emoji combos, with the set names translated. 104 translated pages in 16 languages had been missing these sets. --- ## August 2026 ### 31 August 2026 People who search for symbols and emoji in their own language are now far more likely to find a full collection written in that language. During August, UltraTextGen's translated symbol and emoji collections more than doubled, from 463 to 1,138. The biggest single step was Spanish, which grew from 37 collections to 253. Korean, German, Japanese, Turkish, Dutch and Traditional Chinese also gained dozens of collections each. ### 27 August 2026 Styled text results can now be shared as an image, so they keep their look on apps that mangle special characters. Shared links also show a preview of the chosen style, so the person receiving the link sees the look before opening it. Sharing now also works on the glitch text, decorator, cursive and holiday pages. While building this we found four styles that had been showing plain text instead of their style. They now display correctly. ### 27 August 2026 The symbol library home page in every language now lists all of that language's collections in one consistent layout, so readers can browse everything available in their language from one place. Before, 266 translated collections could not be reached from their own language's library home page. For example, the Spanish library home page linked only 43 of its 253 collections. Library panels also switch properly to dark mode, and the Korean index is grouped by first consonant, the way Korean readers expect to scan a list. ### 25 August 2026 Each styled text result now has its own Share button. The link opens the generator with your text already filled in and the style you picked highlighted, so a friend sees exactly the result you meant. Before, the person you shared with landed on an empty generator. ### 16 August 2026 Leftover English was replaced with the page's own language across thousands of translated pages, making them easier to use for readers and for people using screen readers. - The label that screen readers announce for the page trail now uses the page's language on 1,940 translated pages - The language switcher and the "try it" cards were translated on hundreds more - 119 Dutch pages showed the word "null" on their main button. It now shows a proper label. ### 16 August 2026 A new converter switches text between half width and full width characters, including letters, numbers, punctuation, spaces, Japanese katakana (with voiced marks) and Korean letters. Users who need text in one width no longer have to retype it character by character. The converter has its own Japanese and Korean pages. ### 14 August 2026 Symbol buttons now copy exactly the character they name, and screen readers now say what each symbol is. - 172 buttons on 89 pages copied a look-alike character. For example, "Ohm sign" copied a Greek omega. People pasting a symbol now get the one they chose. - 15,912 buttons on 530 pages were read out by screen readers as "Copy" followed by a raw symbol. They now give the symbol's name, so blind and low vision users can tell symbols apart. - The 1,072 Egyptian hieroglyphs are now organised and named using the standard sign list, and several wrong labels were corrected. ### 14 August 2026 On 66 pages, tapping a question in the FAQ did nothing, so 313 answers could never be read. The questions now open, so visitors can read the answers those pages promised. ### 14 August 2026 On all 15 holiday and occasion pages, the "Emoji & Symbols" section showed a heading over an empty box. The emoji now load, so people writing a greeting can pick matching emoji on the same page. A Teacher Appreciation page was also added, with card messages grouped by who is writing. ### 14 August 2026 The graffiti letters page became a real graffiti name generator. Type a name, choose one of five styles (throw-up, tag, marker, spray or blockbuster), pick colors or a hollow outline for coloring in, and download it with a transparent background, ready to place on a poster, design or coloring sheet. ### 13 August 2026 Printable worksheets expanded beyond English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Portuguese, so more families and classrooms can print practice sheets in their own language. - A new Indonesian printables section with tracing, bubble, block, cursive, coloring, calligraphy, dot-to-dot and cross-stitch sheets, with every control in Indonesian and metric paper sizes - The Spanish section grew from 6 pages to 50, including coloring pages for every letter (with Ñ) and number, dot-to-dot letters and early reading practice ### 11 August 2026 Flag emoji pages now list every country flag, 195 in all, can be filtered by continent, and offer one click sets such as the EU, ASEAN and G20, so users can copy a whole group of flags at once instead of one by one. The French, Italian, Japanese and Traditional Chinese flag pages had shown only 21 general flags and no country list; the Japanese page did not even include Japan's flag. These were fixed, and new Korean, Indonesian, Turkish, Dutch and Russian versions were added. ### 8 August 2026 Pages about invisible names had been recommending a blank character that players report Free Fire now blocks. The 26 affected pages, across 20 languages, now point Free Fire players to a character that works, and the name checker warns instead of approving the name, so players do not waste a paid rename card. ### 7 August 2026 The character counter was rebuilt to count the way each platform counts, so writers and social media users can trust that a post fits before they publish it. - On X, emoji and styled letters count as two characters, as X counts them - It shows where a post gets cut off behind "see more", so a long LinkedIn post no longer shows a green "fits" while most of it is hidden - It shows when one extra character splits a text message into more parts - It covers 38 fields across 17 platforms - New counters for Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese The update applies to all 15 language versions of the counter. ### 3 August 2026 The Instagram font page now asks where you are pasting: display name, bio, caption, story, comment or @username. It checks your text against that field's real limit, counts styled letters correctly, and for usernames names the exact characters Instagram will not accept, so users find out before Instagram rejects their change. The same tool is available on all 22 translated Instagram pages. ### 1 August 2026 Holiday and occasion pages now start with ready-to-copy wishes and messages, around 25 per occasion and grouped by who you are writing to, so someone writing a card or a message can start from a finished greeting instead of a blank box. The pages now give the actual date of the next occasion instead of saying "check a calendar", and four new occasions were added: Ramadan, St Patrick's Day, 4th of July and Graduation. --- ## July 2026 ### 31 July 2026 The name checker, which tells gamers whether a styled name will be accepted before they spend a rename, now covers 16 games and platforms, up from 11. New additions are TikTok, Stumble Guys, Xbox, PlayStation and Clash Royale. The new Xbox, PlayStation and Clash Royale pages lead with names that will actually work, because those games reject fancy characters. ### 30 July 2026 UltraTextGen's symbol reference pages, which explain what a symbol means and how to type it, are now available in 15 languages, so people can look up a symbol in their own language. Across the site, translated symbol pages grew from 154 to 1,595 in two weeks. On these pages the copy buttons, labels and links now appear in the page's own language. ### 26 July 2026 Between 15 and 26 July, visitors to the English homepage were being sent to the French version of the site, whatever their language. This was caused by a redirect rule that our hosting read differently from how it was written. The English homepage now loads for everyone again. ### 26 July 2026 UltraTextGen now speaks Hungarian, Malay and Finnish, bringing the site to 30 languages. Each has its own homepage, font styles, Discord and Instagram pages and guides, and the Malay version adds Mobile Legends and Free Fire name tools for players in Malaysia. ### 25 July 2026 UltraTextGen's menus, footers and tool buttons now follow the language you are reading in, across all 28 translated languages, so readers can move around the site without dropping back into English. Before, the top menu and footer were in English on every page, their links went to English sections, and the logo always led to the English homepage. Generator controls such as copy and save buttons, style tabs and counters are now translated too. ### 25 July 2026 A new Learn section gives parents and teachers a free guide to teaching handwriting, from first strokes and letters to b/d reversals, writing a name and moving on to cursive. Each chapter links straight to the worksheet that practises it, so reading about a skill and printing the practice sheet happen in one place. The section has 13 pages, including guides on dot-to-dots and on coloring for fine motor skills. ### 20 July 2026 The emoji combos collection gained 11 new aesthetics, including baddie, emo, weirdcore, cybercore and lovecore, growing from 112 to 200 ready-to-paste aesthetic combos for bios, captions and usernames. The Indonesian, Spanish and Portuguese versions were brought up to the same size shortly after. ### 19 July 2026 Teachers can now paste a list of names and print one personalised sheet per child in a single print job or PDF, instead of making and printing each sheet separately. This works on name tracing, handwriting, coloring, dot-to-dot names and name puzzles, for up to 60 names. Sight word tracing also gained one tap packs for the Dolch and Fry word lists, and several tools can print every difficulty level in one go, from easiest to hardest. ### 19 July 2026 98 new printable pages were added, so parents and teachers can print the exact letter and style they need. Every letter now has its own cursive guide with stroke by stroke steps, its own cutting stencil and its own calligraphy page, and numbers 0 to 9 gained stencil and coloring pages. Each letter page links to the same letter in the other styles. ### 18 July 2026 Printed letters and worksheets now use the whole page, giving children bigger letters to trace and color and making better use of each sheet. - A single printed letter or number now fills the sheet instead of printing at about 4 inches - Name tracing sheets, name puzzles and cross-stitch charts no longer leave large parts of the page empty - "Print the alphabet" can make a book with one letter per page, and the dot-to-dot alphabet prints as a 36 page A to Z and 0 to 9 book - The Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert dot-to-dot levels now really differ; before, every level produced the same sheet ### 16 July 2026 UltraTextGen's three Discord guides, on safe name styling, text formatting and where fonts work, are now available in 27 languages, up from 6, so Discord users can read them in their own language. ### 15 July 2026 When you share a translated UltraTextGen page, the preview image now shows that page's own title in its own language and script, so the people you share with can see what the link is about. 373 translated pages got a preview image for the first time, and Arabic preview images, which had shown disconnected and reversed letters, now show properly joined text. ### 15 July 2026 The main image on 1,313 pages now loads first, so the top of each page appears sooner. ### 14 July 2026 UltraTextGen added ten languages in one week: Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Romanian, Korean, Hindi, Traditional Chinese and Danish. In the same week, pages written in languages other than English grew from 213 to 1,006, so far fewer visitors searching in their own language land on an English page. ### 14 July 2026 Popular single symbols and emoji now have their own pages, each explaining what the symbol is, how to type it and which look-alikes to avoid, so users can check they have the right character before they use it. 74 symbols such as √, ∞, €, © and the zodiac signs got pages, along with 48 popular emoji such as the heart, skull, fire and pleading face. ### 13 July 2026 Symbol names on UltraTextGen were checked against the official Unicode list and wrong labels were fixed, so users can trust that a symbol is what its label says. Hieroglyphs labelled as the wrong animals, moon phases all called "crescent", and emoji combos using the wrong emoji were corrected, and four currency signs that do not exist in Unicode were removed. ### 12 July 2026 Names with accents, such as María, Señor or Muñoz, now come out fully styled in UltraTextGen's text generator. Before, an accented letter stayed plain while the rest of the word was styled, which broke the most common use of the site, styling your own name, for most languages other than English. 77 of the 112 styles now keep accented letters styled, up from 27. ### 12 July 2026 Every bubble letter from A to Z and every number from 0 to 9 now has its own printable page, so a parent can print exactly the character a child is learning. A bubble style that showed the wrong digit everywhere it appeared was also fixed: typing 9 gave "10". ### 12 July 2026 Printable worksheets arrived in French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and Polish, with the tools' controls translated. German parents can choose their child's school handwriting style (Grundschrift, SAS or VA) on the same worksheet, so practice at home matches what the child learns at school. ### 12 July 2026 Two new text tools: a scrolling text maker for bios and moving banners, and a repeat text tool that repeats a phrase up to 200 times or arranges it into pyramids, staircases and grids, without copying and pasting it over and over. ### 11 July 2026 New writing tools help people fit their text to where it is going. - A word and character counter shows sentences, paragraphs and reading time, and checks your text against the limits of 26 platforms. It is available in 11 languages, and a live count also appears under the main text box. - A case converter switches text to UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case and more without retyping it. Title Case keeps names like iPhone and NASA as they are, and Turkish dotted and dotless i convert correctly. ### 11 July 2026 The text to emoji tool was rebuilt. It now adds or swaps in matching emoji as you type and can turn emoji back into words, which makes it quick to decorate a caption or decode a message. It understands 1,247 words, instead of a small list that turned most sentences into nonsense, and works in 11 languages. ### 11 July 2026 New printables for gifts and crafts: a monogram maker for up to three initials, a cross-stitch letter chart maker, and ready-to-print cursive sheets for words such as Mom, Dad, Love and Happy Birthday. ### 10 July 2026 A new curved text tool bends your words into arcs, circles, waves, hearts, stars and 10 other shapes, with several lines of text, and saves the result as an image. Creators can make curved text for logos, badges and posts without design software. ### 10 July 2026 Five new printable tools and options for early learners: - Connect-the-dots puzzles made from any name, with four difficulty levels, plus a ready-made dot-to-dot page for every letter - Stroke direction arrows and numbered start points on tracing sheets for all 52 capital and small letters, so children learn how to form each letter - A cut-apart name puzzle - A party banner maker with one letter per flag - Sight word tracing sheets ### 10 July 2026 Gaming name pages now check your decorated name against the real rules of 11 games and apps, including Free Fire, Mobile Legends, PUBG, Fortnite, Valorant, Roblox and Minecraft. They warn you about length, how symbols are counted and characters the game rejects, before you spend a rename card on a name that will fail. ### 10 July 2026 New kaomoji tools: build your own face part by part, paste a kaomoji to find out what it means, and share a face you made as a link. 23 new kaomoji collections were added, from shrugs and Lenny faces to bears and dividers, giving people more ready-made faces to copy. ### 10 July 2026 New ASCII tools convert text to and from decimal, hex, binary and octal, and make ASCII art banners with a default font made only of plain keyboard characters, so the banners work in terminals and code comments where special characters break. ### 9 July 2026 UltraTextGen opened a Printables section built for paper, not screens, giving parents and teachers free letter and name worksheets they can print at home or in class. Key features at launch: - Large bubble, block, cursive and calligraphy letter outlines to print, trace or color - A coloring page maker that turns any name or word into a coloring sheet with borders and patterned fills - A handwriting worksheet maker with seven difficulty levels, from bold dotted letters to a blank line - A coloring page for every letter of the alphabet - A large preview that shows exactly what will print ### 9 July 2026 17 new copy-paste styles were added to UltraTextGen's text generator, including vaporwave wide text, runes and other ancient scripts, emoji letters and keycap numbers, giving users more looks for names, bios and posts. ### 9 July 2026 New hiragana and katakana charts let learners tap any character to copy it, hide the romaji to test themselves, and print the chart or save it as an image for study away from the screen. ### 8 July 2026 UltraTextGen added six languages: Japanese, Thai, Russian, Arabic, Swedish and Norwegian. Arabic is the site's first right to left language. Each new language says plainly what works: symbols, emoji and kaomoji work in any script, while letter styles only change the letters A to Z, so users know what to expect before they try. ### 8 July 2026 The cursive page became a dedicated cursive tool, in English and nine other languages. It has a letter by letter A to Z explorer, copy-ready cursive alphabets, a printable A to Z practice sheet, and a name and signature maker with monograms and image download, so the same page serves someone styling a name, learning cursive or making an email signature. ### 7 July 2026 The tattoo fonts page became a lettering studio, in English and nine other languages. People planning a tattoo can preview a name in 10 tattoo letterings at real sizes, turn dates into Roman numerals, build two letter monograms, and browse 55 tattoo symbols with their meanings. ### 6 July 2026 The vertical text generator is now available in 10 more languages, and the invisible character tool, used for blank names in games such as Free Fire and Mobile Legends, is available in 11 languages. ### 3 July 2026 UltraTextGen's text generators now show a sample of each style as soon as the page opens, so you can browse looks before typing anything, and help you pick a style that will work where you paste it. - A Preview button shows your text in mock-ups of Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, WhatsApp and TikTok - Each style says where it is safe to paste, and warns if your own device cannot display it - The styles you copy most move to the top next time - A Share button and a keyboard shortcut to copy the top result ### 3 July 2026 The vertical text tool was overhauled. It gained a visual layout picker, a one-word-per-line mode, spacing that survives Instagram and TikTok removing blank lines, and a counter showing whether the result fits a bio. Emoji, flags and skin tones now stay intact, so the stacked text looks the same after posting. Before, 45 of its 88 result cards were exact duplicates, and one bubble style turned "Hello" into unreadable characters everywhere on the site. Both are fixed. ### 3 July 2026 The old Word Wrappers page, a fixed grid of 10 presets, became the Text Decorator. Users can pick a theme from 15 packs such as hearts, kawaii, gaming, gothic or birthday, decorate the whole text, each word or each letter, add their own emoji, layer a font underneath, and shuffle for new combinations, which gives far more creative control than choosing from a fixed list. ### 3 July 2026 The Zalgo glitch text generator gained one click presets, shows whether your result will fit a Discord name, an X post or an Instagram bio before you paste it, and can strip glitch marks back out of text. A strip of five ready-made versions appears under the result on the English page and all 10 translations, so users can copy a finished effect without adjusting any settings. ### 2 July 2026 The strikethrough page now offers 9 styles instead of 4, including heavy, wavy, slashed and strike plus underline. The underline page offers 6 instead of 2, including double, wavy and overline. Users have more ways to cross out or underline text for jokes, price drops or emphasis. ### 1 July 2026 If you type accented letters such as é, ñ or ü, UltraTextGen's generator now tells you up front which styles will leave those letters plain, and points you to the styles that keep them, so you are not surprised by a half-styled word after pasting. We also corrected pages that wrongly said accented letters would be styled in most fonts. (Most styles gained full accent support on 12 July.) --- ## June 2026 ### 30 June 2026 The upside-down text tool was rebuilt with five clear options: upside down, backwards, mirror, flip each line and last word. Every letter now flips correctly, so flipped text reads properly for everyone who sees it. Before, some letters such as p, q and u had no upside-down version, and the page showed style tabs that returned nothing. ### 30 June 2026 The gothic fonts page now has more styles, gothic style numbers instead of plain digits, tap to copy alphabet charts, and a check that tells you whether each style will display on your device. A new Old English page helps with name tattoos, jerseys and memorial dates, including a tool that turns a year into blackletter Roman numerals. ### 30 June 2026 UltraTextGen is now available in Tagalog, and Indonesian visitors got their own pages for aesthetic symbols, kaomoji, small text and popular game names. Indonesian pages grew from 2 to 9 during June. ### 29 June 2026 The redacted text tool now blacks out the words you actually type, keeping their length, and can hide chosen words or every other word, so a redacted post looks like a real redacted document. Before, it replaced any text with the same fixed pattern, so the result ignored what you wrote. ### 29 June 2026 UltraTextGen's text generators can now style only the first line of your text and leave the rest plain. A post's opening line stands out while the rest stays easy to read, including for people using screen readers. Your choice is remembered. ### 28 June 2026 The bubble letters page now lets you pick any letter or number and get a large outline to print, trace or color, download it as an image, or print a full A to Z bubble alphabet. Parents and teachers who wanted bubble letters on paper, not just copy-paste text, could now get them. This was the site's first printable, and the start of what became the Printables section. ### 28 June 2026 The Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, French, Italian, Vietnamese, German and Turkish homepages gained step by step help in their own language, tap to copy A to Z alphabets in popular styles, and ready-made symbol sets, so visitors can copy styled letters without typing anything. ### 27 June 2026 The cursive generator gained five new script styles and now shows matching cursive numbers instead of plain digits, so names and dates look consistent in one style. ### 13 June 2026 When you share an UltraTextGen page on social media or in a chat, it now shows a preview image made for that page instead of a generic logo, so the link shows what it leads to. The translated homepages show a preview in their own language. By the end of June, 339 pages had their own preview image, up from none. ### 13 June 2026 The symbol and emoji library more than doubled, from 61 collections to 146, giving people many more ready-to-copy sets for everyday needs. New collections include Greek letters, fractions, keyboard and Braille symbols, laundry care symbols, emotion emoji sets, alt codes and symbols for Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. The library reached 255 collections by the end of June. ### 7 June 2026 The before and after emoji page became a tool for "transformation" captions, such as fitness, glow-up, career or study journeys. Users pick a journey, style their text, choose an inline or stacked layout and copy a ready-made caption, instead of assembling the emoji themselves. ### 2 June 2026 UltraTextGen's text generator can now save the styles you like. They appear in a "Your saved styles" section at the top of the generator the next time you visit, with no account needed, so regular users do not have to hunt for a favourite style again. Saved styles are kept on your own device. ### 2 June 2026 The bio font tool now lets you pick the platform (Instagram, TikTok, Discord, X or Tinder), shows a live character count and a preview of how your bio will look, and includes ready-made bio templates and dividers, so you can see that a bio fits and looks right before you paste it. Some heart symbols that appeared as empty boxes on common devices were replaced. --- ## May 2026 ### 27 May 2026 The Discord page now asks where your text is going: display name, server nickname, About Me, chat, channel name or role. It shows a Discord style preview with that place's character limit, suggests styles that work there, and explains what does and does not need Nitro, so Discord users can style text that will actually save and display. ### 18 May 2026 The Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Polish and Vietnamese homepages were rewritten from scratch in natural local language, using the words people actually use and the places they paste text, such as Free Fire nicknames, WhatsApp statuses and Instagram bios, instead of stiff translated English. --- ## April 2026 ### 28 April 2026 The symbol library's front page became a searchable A to Z directory, so finding the right collection takes a search instead of a long scroll. You can jump to any letter, search by name, and filter by subject, platform or use case. It also works fully with a keyboard and screen reader, with a labelled search box and a live count of matching collections. ### 26 April 2026 Twelve new symbol collections were added for the looks people use in bios and usernames: coquette, cottagecore, kawaii, Y2K, goth, bows, moons, crowns, whisper text and aesthetic borders, plus Discord and Roblox symbol sets. On the same day, 127 missing symbols were added to existing pages: 90 arrows, 8 currency signs and 29 runes. ### 13 April 2026 Eight new symbol collections arrived, including every Egyptian hieroglyph in Unicode (all 1,072), Norse and Anglo-Saxon runes, accent marks, dashes, slashes, crosses and road sign symbols. Accent marks now display on a placeholder circle, so you can see and copy them cleanly. ### 1 April 2026 Twelve of UltraTextGen's most used symbol collections were checked against the official Unicode lists and 153 missing symbols were added, including arrows, check marks, faces, hand gestures, sparkles and email icons, so users are more likely to find the exact symbol they came for. --- ## March 2026 ### 31 March 2026 The Symbol Library launched: themed collections of copy and paste symbols and emoji, such as hearts, stars, arrows, chess, music, zodiac, currency, weather, food, sports and kaomoji, plus symbols for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. Users can find symbols by theme instead of searching character tables. The library grew from 3 pages to 42 in one week. ### 31 March 2026 Twelve symbol pages were checked against the official Unicode lists and completed, growing from 374 to 502 symbols. Chess, music, weather, currency, card suit, zodiac and other pages now carry the full set, with duplicates and misfiled symbols fixed. Extra chess pieces that showed as empty boxes now display properly. ### 31 March 2026 The LinkedIn symbols page grew from 97 symbols to 533, covering bullets, arrows, check marks, numbers, dividers, maths and currency, plus ready-made combinations, giving professionals more ways to structure a post or profile. Combination buttons that had copied only their first character now copy the whole combination. ### 31 March 2026 After the translated homepages launched, some visitors to the English homepage were shown French text or sent to the French page, depending on their browser language. This was fixed so the main address always shows English and each language has its own page. ### 24 March 2026 UltraTextGen's homepage generator became available in 10 more languages on 23 March: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Each language has its own address and a language switcher, so visitors can use the tool in their own language. The glitch text generator followed in the same 10 languages the next day. ### 9 March 2026 A new Zalgo glitch text generator adds stacked marks to your text for spooky usernames, gaming text and posts. You choose from 5 types of marks, where they go (above, through or below) and 8 shapes for the effect, such as wave, pyramid or steps. A decoder turns glitched text back into normal text. ### 7 March 2026 UltraTextGen's main generator became easier to use. Key fixes: - A clear "Copied!" message, or a visible error if copying fails, where failures used to be silent - The search bar on the page works; before, only the one in the header did anything - A one tap button to clear the text box - Dark mode is remembered on every page, where before many pages ignored it - Leftover placeholder text such as "Ad content here" is gone ### 6 March 2026 A new vertical text generator stacks your words from top to bottom for bios and posts, with 12 layouts including staircase, pyramid, diagonal, box and two columns, so eye-catching layouts no longer need line-by-line manual editing. ### 4 March 2026 A new flag emoji page lists all 195 country flags, filterable by region, each copyable in one click. The flags display as images, so users can see and pick the right flag even on computers that cannot draw flag emoji. --- ## February 2026 ### 28 February 2026 Every UltraTextGen page now has the same header, with links to Guides, Categories and Use cases, each opening a directory page, so visitors can reach any tool from wherever they are. Before, 37 of the site's 42 pages had none of these links, so most tools and guides could only be found from the homepage. ### 26 February 2026 New tools beyond fonts: turn a sentence into emoji, copy ready-made emoji combinations for captions, frame a message with "before and after" emoji, and build a LinkedIn headline with clean separators and LinkedIn-safe fonts. ### 19 February 2026 Twelve "classified" styles were added that black out or shade your text, for redacted document and spoiler style posts. This brought the site to 65 styles in 10 families. ### 14 February 2026 Dedicated pages for the apps people paste into grew to 11: Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram and Pinterest. Each page also now shows every style, so users are no longer limited to a partial list. Before, platform pages hid some styles; the WhatsApp page, for example, hid 14 of 53. ### 8 February 2026 The style collection more than doubled in its first week, from 20 to 53 styles. Bubble text now comes in 12 versions, a new word wrapper set puts each word in its own brackets or arrows, and strikethrough and underline got their own families. ### 5 February 2026 A new upside-down text generator offers 11 ways to flip your words, including full flips, mirror text and reversed order. ### 3 February 2026 Each font family, such as bold, cursive, gothic and bubble, got its own page showing just those styles, so you can go straight to the look you want. ### 2 February 2026 You can now frame your styled text with 161 ready-made decorations, including symbols, frames, dividers, arrows, emoji and flags, up from 34. --- ## January 2026 ### 31 January 2026 UltraTextGen launched as a free fancy text generator. Type once and get your words in 20 copy and paste styles, including bold, italic, cursive, gothic, bubble, strikethrough and underline, with one tap copying, style search and a dark mode.
